On a perfect Saturday in June, amidst the pastoral setting of Malibu Canyon, hardy runners came out in force to participate in The Salvation Army’s third annual 10k/5k run to raise funds for two special summer camps. Besides testing their personal endurance, the participants were able to give a helping hand to a variety of summer programs offered at The Salvation Army’s Camp Mt. Crags and Camp Gilmore.
